Direct Search is the common method of searching for particular persons that have the required qualifications - in most situations employees from competitive companies. Our team of specialised researchers create a list of companies - accepted by our client - with potential candidates to which our headhunters propose a meeting. During the direct search process our consultants will develop the following activities:
- market monitoring and identification of companies from similar branches (for instance by using databases with information about companies, branch portals and social networks)
- obtain the recommendation of the candidates from a database
- obtain information from SMG/KRC's corporate contacts
- get in touch with potential candidates
- develop a presentation for the cooperation proposal
- intensify the activities that are made to motivate a candidate to change job
