SMG/KRC Poland HR's aim is to provide training and consultancy services for companies and institutions operating on the Polish market that take care of their development and want to strenghten their position on the labour market. SMG/KRC Poland HR's offer is created and operated by specialists with both theoretical and practical professional background in psychology and methodology of trainings.

Our methods
During our trainings we focus both on showing participants specific ways of behaviour and teach them various universal skills which they will be able to use in different situations.

The first group of skills include the rules of efficient organisation and optimal management procedures. The second group aims for skills such as solving conflicts, effective communications, analysis of one's own success and failure, and creating a positive attitude towards fulfilled roles.

Certificates
SMG/KRC HR's certificates will be given to every participant of our trainings. Also, participants will receive comprehensive brochures with information from the training.
