This training is for everyone who has to sell different products or services. It is developed to build long-term relationships with customers. It teaches how to prepare oneself to make sales and use efficient sales techniques considering professional identification of needs. It also shows how to gain new customers, how to take them over from other companies and how to create long-term, friendly relationships.

Goals
After the training, participants will know:

  • Key issues that have influence on success in selling
  • How to use psychology in creating a relationship with a customer
  • What sales techniques are and how to use them
  • What “tricks” the customers use and what the professional response is in such situations
  • How to take over clients form competitive companies
