This training is created for managers and leaders of sales teams, who have to build and then manage and develop their teams efficiently. It shows how to run an effective search & selection process for sales force and how to manage them in a way that allows them to develope their individual skills and predispositions. It learns how to train and motivate sales people and how to prevent a burnout.
Goals
After the training, participants will know:
- Which methods to use to recruit sales persons and know which personality features to pay attention to
- How to successfully manage a team of salespersons, how to introduce obligatory standards in sales and customer service
- How to motivate salespersons efficiently, how to introduce nonfinancial fines and rewards system
- How to train and develop salespersons
