This training is created for people for whom coming into and keeping contact with clients by phone is important. It teaches how to conduct phone calls professionally and efficiently. It aims to develope individual telephone dialogue skills and its high commercial effectiveness.

Goals
After the training, participants will know:

  • How to collect information about a client efficiently and to prepare oneself to the phonecall
  • How to control the phonecall developing to have a chance to achieve the goal
  • Which methods and means of persuasion are used to increase phonecalls’ effectiveness
  • How to cope with stress and client’s refusal

The training lasts 2 days (16 hours)
