This training is made for people who professionally recruit employees. The training programme deals with situations in a dynamically changing labour market , changes in the needs of qualified employees and a better preparation for a job interview. This training learns how to conduct a job interview based on competences.

After the training, participants will know:

  • How to prepare oneself to a search and selection process
  • What the best ways are to collect interesting applications
