Assessment and Development Centres are widely accepted by HR specialists and managers as the most efficient tool for the selection of candidates, projecting the development path and diagnosing training needs for personnel. In this preliminary project we make suggestions on how to verify competences for candidates applying for management positions.
- Competences are being assessed, chosen on the basis of key factors and the management expectations as being the most crucial for realising particular tasks.
- Verification of key competences allows finding the best person/people having particular abilities and predispositions to fulfil duties on a specific position.
- Analysis of development areas allows to plan for individual development paths for you as the employer.
- Assessment Centre procedures based on practical tests and assessing methods results in estimating a candidates’ potential in particular competences which are essential for efficient realisation of various tasks.
- Elements of competences are: knowledge, skills and abilities. Those competences are verified by a specially selected team of assessors.
