This training is developed for people who often have to influence others and convince them of their own vision, opinion or decision. This training is useful mostly to those, who are exposed to manipulations and pressure both in their professional and private life. It educates how to defend oneself effectively from unwanted influence of others.
Goals
After the training, participants will know:

- What the psychological conditions of susceptibility to influence are
- What the basic techniques of influencing are
- How to defend oneself from pressure and manipulation of other people
