This training is a proposition for all the companies that aim to integrate and strengthen employees, improve their identification with the organisation and develop competences and communication standards in teams. Its true goal depends on the selection of participants which do not especially need to be team members but may also be business partners and corporation’s clients with whom the company wants to establish a long-term cooperation. The training can be conducted as a serie of outdoor tasks or completely conducted in a training/conference room. Form and a course of this training will be adjusted to the client’s needs/expectations and will be fit on to the teams development stage. It will also be defined on the basis of research done before the training.
