360° Assessment is based on gaining feedback information of the competences of a particular person from its closest environment. The person is assessed from the point of view of its direct superior, the closest co-workers and subordinates. Additionally, a self-assessment is being done. The crucial criterion is that the person's behaviour is being assessed from the point of view of aims and tasks that this person realizes.
