Organizational Culture Survey is a part of SMG/KRC's research project realised on a group of 100 companies. This research is realized according to Cameron and Quinn model of competitive values.
As a result of the Survey a type of organizational culture dominating in the client's company will be determined. The Cameron & Quinn model describes organizational culture in four dimensions: flexibility and freedom of action vs. stability and control and orientation towards internal issues and integration vs. orientation towards position in environment and diversity. The research report will include the conclusions from detailed analysis of the mentioned dimensions.
Organizational Culture Survey allows to find the answer for the following questions:
- What are the general characteristics of the organisation?
- What is the leadership style?
- What is the management style?
- What guarantees the coherence of the organisation?
- Where is the most pressure?
- What are the success criteria in the organisation?
